Lifestyle Matrix resources are available exclusively to health care practitioners.  We are strong proponents of the physician-patient relationship and believe that the best way for patients to access nutrition and lifestyle guidance is through the care and direction of a knowledgeable health care practitioner with whom they have a relationship. Therefore, only licensed health care professionals may order directly from the Lifestyle Matrix Resource Center website. All health care professionals must submit their current license, degree or health care practitioner certificate for review prior to being granted an account.
