Return Policy
Due to the nature of the resources sold by the Lifestyle Matrix Resource Center returns will not be accepted. If, however, you receive any damaged product, we will replace it within 7 days of receipt. To report any damaged items, please contact Lifestyle Matrix Resource Center Customer Service at (855) 771-5672. Please save the original box and all of the contents.
Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Packages that are received without approval will be returned to the sender.
Shipping Policy
No minimum orders are required.
Orders are shipped within two (2) business days.
Orders Shipping in the United States:
All orders placed on the Lifestyle Matrix Resource Center website are shipped free.
Orders Shipping to Canada:
All orders placed on the Lifestyle Matrix Resource Center website are shipped at the following rates:
- 1-4 lbs. $7.50
- 5-9 lbs. $19.50
- 10 lbs. + $35.00
