LifeStyle Matrix Inc. (LMRC) (“we,” “us,” or “our,”) respects the privacy of our users (“you” or “your”). From time to time, we may receive personal information about you from other sources. For example, we may receive personal information from the following sources:

LMRC does not currently sell personal information as the term is defined under the CCPA, however, we share the following categories of personal information to our cookie and tracker providers as defined under the CCPA:

We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. Additionally, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. How Long do we Keep your Personal Information?

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, as may be required by law (e.g., for tax and accounting purposes), or as otherwise communicated to you. Right to Know

You have the right to request that LMRC disclose certain information to you about our collection, use, disclosure, and any sales of your personal information over the past twelve (12) months. You may also request a copy of the personal information we have collected on you over the past twelve (12) months. Right to Opt Out of the Sharing and Sale of Personal Information

You have the right to ask OMPI not to share or sell your personal information to third parties. You may submit this request by updating your cookie preferences through the “Your Privacy Choices  California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Opt-Out Icon” link at the bottom of the page.

Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that LMRC delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete and direct our service providers to delete your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. Right to Correction

You have the right to request that LMRC correct any inaccurate personal information that we have collected from you and retain. Once we have received the personal information from you to be updated, we will update the information where necessary within our systems. Exercising Your California Privacy Rights

To exercise the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either calling the number below or submitting a request via the email address below. We may require you to provide certain personal information to allow us to verify your identity, such as your email address, most recent order numbers, etc. or by requesting you submit your request via your customer account if one exists.

Use of an Authorized Agent

You may designate, in writing or through a power of attorney, an authorized agent to make these privacy requests on your behalf to exercise these rights. We will require the agent to provide proof that you have authorized it to act on your behalf and may require you to verify your own identity with us directly before we accept a request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;

Personal Information from Children

Because of the nature of our business, our services are not provided to minors. We will not ask minors, specifically children under the age of 13, to provide personal information if we have knowledge of their age. We also do not knowingly sell personal information of minors.

As our business changes, so will this privacy policy. Please ensure you frequently check our website to view any recent changes to the policy.
